Governor Brian Kemp appoints Joyette Holmes to the Georgia Parole Board

Governor Brian Kemp has appointed Joyette Holmes of Cobb County to the State Board of Pardons and Paroles. Ms. Holmes is an attorney and comes to the board from private practice. She also served previously as Cobb County District Attorney.
