Asher and Bodhi Take Center Stage at the 2026 APAI Annual Training Conference
The first Parole Board Comfort Dog was on the job at the 2026 Association of Paroling Authorities International (APAI) Training Conference in New Orleans. The Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles introduced “Asher” and handler Mandy Kimner to the APAI membership. Joining Asher was Therapy & Service Dog Bodhi and his handler Sgt. Shannon Dean of the Douglasville, Georgia Police Department.
