Offender Engagement at Calhoun State Prison and the Terrell County Correctional Institution
In early December, offender engagement included stops at Calhoun State Prison and the Terrell County Correctional Institution. Parole Board Members Robert Markley and Kim McCoy, and parole staff engaged offenders individually and in groups at the facilities. The parole board is emphasizing completing reentry case plans and following institutional rules.
