Georgia Parole Board Operations Meeting - Valdosta State University

Valdosta State University hosted the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles September meeting at which Joyette Holmes was elected chair and Wayne Bennett was chosen as vice chair. Several local officials spoke, including the University President, Mayor, County Commission Chairman, and District Attorney. The Board welcomed students for a career fair, and former Board Member and Chair Meg Heap was honored for her service prior to her appointment as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia.
