Marsy's Law for Georgia Honors Asher and Handler Mandy Kimner

Asher, the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles’ Comfort Dog and Handler Mandy Kimner were awarded the Champion Award from Marsy’s Law for Georgia. The event occurred during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Parole Board staff, including Vice Chair Meg Heap, Board Members Joyette Holmes, and Robert Markley, as well as staff from the Georgia Office of Victim Services, attended the announcement.
