Georgia Parole Board Meets with Crime Victims in Tift and Houston Counties
Georgia Parole Board members continue to meet with crime victims. Victim Impact Sessions were conducted in Tift County and Houston County. Victim Impact Sessions bring the crime victim and a Parole Board Member together in a meeting to discuss the impact of the crime. The Board meets with victims regarding parole eligible cases that will be considered by the Board in the next 12 to 18 months. Parole Board Vice Chair Meg Heap met with victims in Tift County. Board Member Robert Markley met with victims in Houston County.
