GACDL Fall Seminar 2024
Stakeholder engagement is an operational priority for the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles. Executive Director Chris Barnett and Clemency staff attended the 2024 fall seminar of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL). "The Board is seeking all available information on parole eligible offenders so that the best parole decisions are made in the interest of public safety. By engaging these attorneys we're able to discuss offender cases and receive offender information while helping them understand the parole process so they can better assist their clients," said Barnett.
