Zambia Parole Officials Wrap Up Weeklong Visit to Georgia
During their trip to Georgia, National Parole Board of Zambia Chairman Lloyd Chilundika and Secretary Clive Njamba met with state officials from the Governor's Office and various state agencies, including the Georgia Department of Community Supervision and the Georgia Department of Corrections. The Field Services Division of the State Board of Pardons and Paroles and the Georgia Department of Community Supervision provided an overview of operations.
The collaboration between the State Board of Pardons and Paroles and the Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS) ensures opportunities for successful community reintegration for offenders. DCS officers worked closely with the Board's District Operations Managers to maintain compliance with conditions and support effective reentry into the community.
