Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia 2024 Summer Conference
Georgia Parole Board leadership engaged the state's prosecutors at the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia annual summer conference. Executive Director of the Parole Board, Chris Barnett spoke to District Attorneys in Jekyll Island. "Prosecutors have an important criminal justice role and it's imperative they understand the Parole Board's role in order that we work together to enhance public safety. The Board wants to ensure that our prosecutors know we need current offender information and community views," stated Barnett.
