Clemency Training with Assistant District Attorneys in the Towaliga Judicial Circuit
The State Board of Pardons and Paroles continues to engage and educate stakeholders and the community as Clemency Deputy Director Lisa Copeland and Senior Hearing Examiner Jacques Brown spoke to Assistant District Attorneys in the Towaliga Judicial Circuit.
The two discussed the clemency process for parole in the state of Georgia and explained how Parole Board Members make informed clemency decisions. After their presentations, a Q&A session took place, about parole in Georgia.
