Governor Brian Kemp Swearing-in Joyette Holmes
Governor Brian Kemp conducted the swearing-in ceremony for the new Georgia Parole Board Member, Joyette Holmes, on January 30, 2024. Holmes was surrounded by family, friends, and parole staff. She was appointed by Governor Kemp on January 5, 2024. Colleagues from the Parole Board also attended the ceremony.
