GACDL Fall Seminar 2023
The State Board of Pardons and Paroles continues to engage, educate, and encourage participation in the parole process. We partnered with the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL). Executive Director of the Parole Board, Chris Barnett, Director of the Clemency Division, Crystal Moon, and clemency staff participated in the fall seminar conference. Barnett, Moon, and the staff were available to answer questions the lawyers had regarding parole in Georgia. GACDL is a member-funded statewide criminal defense organization consisting of criminal defense lawyers, law school students, and full-time criminal investigators.
