Criminal Case Data Exchange Board Meeting
The State Board of Pardons and Paroles hosted the quarterly Criminal Case Data Exchange (CDX) Board meeting. State Board of Pardons and Paroles Deputy Executive Director Rita Rocker represented the Parole Board. Senate Bill 441 reconstituted the Criminal Case Data Exchange Board as an advisory body to the Council of Superior Court Clerks. The legislation tasks both the board and the council with promulgating standards for the transmission of criminal data in the state. The CDX Board consists of nineteen members including the State Board of Pardons and Paroles.
