Parole Board Member David Herring speaks to the Rotary Club of Gainesville
Parole Board Member David Herring addressed the Gainesville Rotary Club in early January. Herring gave an overview of the State Board of Pardons and Paroles and its constitutional authority to determine which parole eligible offenders will receive parole.
