Faith Based Programming

The Faith Based Community Initiative is designed to address the gaps in services not usually covered by traditional Board programming or other private and non-profit organizations.  The mission is to reduce recidivism through utilization of faith based organizations by enhancing the transition continuum of offender reentry.  The initiative offers the quality involvement of faith based and civic volunteers, who work with offenders after release from prison by assisting them in developing solutions to basic living skills problems.
