Governor Nathan Deal has appointed David Herring as a member of the State Board of Pardons and Paroles, effective August 1, 2018. Mr. Herring's term of office ends December 31, 2018. In addition, Governor Deal has appointed James Mills as a member of the State Board of Pardons and Paroles to serve a term of office ending December 31, 2020.
