NOBLE, National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives held its 41st Annual Training Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Parole employees attended and also volunteered their time to make the conference a huge success and helped make Atlanta, the host city, present extremely well. Braxton Cotton, Vice Chairman of the State Board of Pardons and Paroles, is a member of NOBLE and was a committee chair for the conference.
