APPA 2026 Winter Training Institute Opening Ceremony Panel
Georgia Parole Board Chair Joyette Holmes was among probation and parole professionals on a panel at the opening session of the American Probation and Parole Association 2026 Winter Training Institute. The panel was titled, "Real Talk on Success and Failure in Community Supervision." Also on the panel were officials from Illinois, Texas, Indiana, California, Massachusetts, and South Carolina. The training institute delivers information to the membership on a wide range of topics with an emphasis on parole and probation supervision.
