Savannah Victim Impact Sessions

Georgia Parole Board Vice Chair Wayne Bennett met with crime victims in Savannah in September. Victim Impact Sessions are meetings at which crime victims meet with a Parole Board Member and staff from the Georgia Office of Victim Services and the Board's Pre-Release Considerations Division. Information received by the Board in the meetings will be added to the case files maintained by the Board on the offenders who committed the crimes. The Board Members then consider the information as they consider possible parole for the offender.
