Parole Board Staff Engage in Professional Development

Georgia Parole Board staff participated in professional development training provided by the agency's Executive Leadership through the support of the Board Members. Trainers from the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) conducted classes focused on enhancing key leadership skills like effective team communication and paths to becoming better leaders. Parole Board Chairman David Herring and Vice Chair Meg Heap spoke to staff about their professional journeys and offered leadership and career advice based on their experiences.
