Long County Dedication Ceremony
Georgia Parole Board Vice Chair Meg Heap, Board Member Terry Barnard and Executive Director Chris Barnett attended the dedication ceremony of the "Cecil Nobles Public Safety Complex" in Long County. Vice Chair Heap said, "On behalf of the Board it was a great event. Many thanks to Sheriff Nobles for inviting us to be a part of it. I know he's proud of this facility as are the residents of Long County."
Executive Director of Parole Chris Barnett said, "Long County citizens will continue to benefit from the leadership and public safety vision of Sheriff Craig Nobles, county leaders and their local and state elected officials. The Parole Board is proud to support this accomplishment of a new state-of-the-art facility to meet the care, treatment and reentry needs of offenders. The dedication is extremely important and appropriate," stated Barnett.
