Public Fraud Alert: At least two fraud schemes are active

The State Board of Pardons and Paroles does not ask for payment for clemency consideration. Requests for payment in return for a possible prison release may be fraudulent. View this message from the Executive Director: Fraud Alert

Another fraud has been recognized. Phony documents are being circulated. The ISPRP program is not a real program. It is an attempt to defraud. The Parole Board does not ask or require funds to consider a case or release an offender.
