Terry Barnard Retires From State Service
Terry Barnard has retired from state government. Barnard was appointed to two seven-year terms on the parole board with the second term ending December 31, 2024. Barnard was first appointed to fill an unexpired term in 2010. The former state legislator served nearly sixteen years as a state representative before his appointment to the parole board.
