Board Members visit Dept. of Corrections' Braille Program

In September, Parole employees including three Board Members visited the Georgia Department of Corrections' Braille Program at Central State Prison in Macon. Board Chairman James Mills, Board Members Terry Barnard and Brian Owens and Exec. Director of Parole Chris Barnett spoke to the inmates in the program. State inmates enrolled in the program learn a marketable skill they can use upon release.
