2024 Georgia Gang Investigators Association Training Conference
Executive Director of Parole Chris Barnett and Clemency Division Director Crystal Moon represented the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles at the annual Georgia Gang Investigators Association (GGIA) conference in Athens. Executive Director of Parole Chris Barnett had the opportunity to speak to the President of GGIA, Jose Ramirez, and the keynote speaker of the training, John 'Boxer' Mendoza. "This association and the law enforcement officers here this week are providing front line defense against criminal gangs and helping ensure our communities remain safe. The parole board will continue to partner with and engage these men and women who are dedicated to public safety," said Barnett.
